The Coach House offers a beautiful and private location, making it the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. the cottage itself is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could need. the thoughtful welcome hamper, including homemade cake, coffee, croissants, and more.

Felt well looked after, no complaints.

Tucked away property near Kings Lynn and the coast. Tiny hamlet with good pub food. Welcome basket with croissants, milk, butter, and jam. Well-equipped for self-catering. Great value compared to Premier Inn.

We had a fantastic stay at Coach House Villa in a small hamlet near Kings Lynn. the property was spotless and had a tranquil atmosphere. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio, surrounded by the beautiful sounds of birds and silence. the hosts provided a thoughtful welcome pack including milk, butter, jam, and even homemade cupcakes. the nearby Anvil Inn offered excellent dining options, including a Sunday carvery and gluten-free choices. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

We look forward to returning soon. Cons: Nothing could have been better!

just returned from another stay in grimston and once again, coach house villa exceeded our expectations. the cottage was even bigger than it looked in the photos with a lovely private garden. the welcome pack and delicious cakes were a nice touch. can't wait to come back!

Small dining table not ideal for tall people.

The breakfast provided was a nice touch and helped start the day on a positive note. The location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of lovely walks nearby for anyone who enjoys being outdoors. Additionally, having a self-contained and self-catering apartment was a benefit, as it allowed for more flexibility and independence during the stay.

There were a few negative aspects to the hotel. the bathroom equipment was not in good working condition, with a leaking shower head and a sink plug that didn't function properly.

Tucked away property near Kings Lynn and the coast. Tiny hamlet with a pub serving food. Welcome basket of croissants, milk, butter, and jam. Plenty of cookware for self-catering. Unbeatable value compared to a Premier Inn.

The value for money at the Coach House was fantastic, with a spacious room that was stylishly decorated and had everything we needed. The location was great, with plenty to see and do in the area, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety to the menu.

I couldn't have asked for a more idyllic place to stay. The Coach House was absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated and had everything I needed and more. The host, Sara, was amazing and the communication was excellent. On arrival, I was greeted with a delightful welcome pack that included croissants, butter, jam, milk. The attention to detail was impeccable, with crisp white bed linen and fluffy towels. The private barbecue area was a lovely touch for warmer weather. The location was perfect, tucked away in a secluded area but still close to Kings Lynn and the coast. The value for money was unbelievable compared to other options. I highly recommend The Coach House and I hope to visit again one day.

I had a very pleasant break at this lovely small cottage in a beautiful location. The setting was idyllic and the cottage had all the facilities I needed. I particularly appreciated the breakfast package and the starters that were provided, it really made me feel welcomed. The cottage was much bigger than I expected from the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this little treasure for a peaceful getaway.

I must mention that the cleanliness of the cottage was not up to par. There were numerous cobwebs throughout, including one right next to the bed that wasn't spotted during the bed change.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage. the setting was idyllic, surrounded by beautiful countryside. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily travel to our desired destinations. the cottage itself was spacious and had all the facilities we needed. the welcome breakfast package was a lovely touch, including everything from milk to washing capsules. the outside seating area was a favorite spot of ours, providing a private and quiet space to relax.

The WiFi connection was weak, making it difficult to access the internet.

My recent stay at Coach House Villa was delightful. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing a welcome pack with homemade cupcakes that were absolutely delicious. The property was also spotless, which was greatly appreciated. The tranquil location allowed us to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The small garden with seating and a BBQ was a nice touch, although the weather didn't permit us to fully enjoy it. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The spacious walk-in shower with plenty of hot water was a definite bonus. The directions provided before our arrival were helpful, especially since the property was quite remote.

Although the main room served as a bedroom and dining room, it would have been more comfortable with a sofa or some comfy chairs. Also, the lack of a blind on the ceiling window made it quite light in the early mornings, which was a bit of a challenge for a light sleeper like myself.
